This is a continuation of our series (from last January 2020) called “What can you buy for ***** or less in Osaka?”
A couple weeks ago, we translated the Real Estate Economic Institute’s report for the outlook of 2021. In the report, the average cost for a new condominium is ¥43,418,000 for Osaka Prefecture.
For comparison, we would like to showcase a few properties which are currently for sale within the average price of ¥44,000,000 (rounded up).
