A report for “Real Estate Transaction Trends” in the Kansai Region was published for real estate transactions which occurred between October and December 2020.
The report focuses on the second hand market therefore the data will not specifically detail new construction although new construction will also be included in this report.
The original report breaks down the different areas in sections along different train lines. We will focus our report on the data from Osaka City and the northern suburb cities found in Osaka Prefecture.
Yesterday we posted on the transaction trends for condominiums. Today’s will focus on trends for single family homes.
We thought this piece of data can be quite useful/interesting considering the data is broken down by station. We hope this quarterly report can supplement the monthly sales report we publish.
