Recap

This month we decided to add Northern Osaka (Hokusetsu Area) in our monthly report considering most of the land sold in Osaka City, being commercial land will not be registered in the Kinki Reins Database. The data Kinki Reins provides is more for residential purposes.

Northern Osaka (Hokusetsu Area) is more known for being a residential area, somewhat like a suburb to Osaka City. The zoning for majority of the land found is residential.
