On Saturday afternoons in Japan, there is a tv program with a segment called Koeda Real Estate. Mr. Koeda is a Japanese Comedian/TV Personality. In his segment, he goes around different areas in Kansai Region to showcase different properties which he finds to be interesting. Just so happened one of our listings, the house for rent in 「Kitashirakawa, Kyoto」was on tv last month, January 25th. 
Why did it make it on tv you may ask?
It is all because Rica Bradshaw of Core Eight co., ltd. Because of Rica-san we were able to actually get this listing, and because of her it made it on the TV.
